2. How We Use Your Information

Information is used to: respond to your feedback; prevent spam and abuse; understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate; and improve the Margin app and website.

The Site uses a minimal set of cookies and local storage entries, including a record of your cookie-consent choice. Analytics, where enabled, are gathered using privacy-respecting tools that do not require cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process limited data on our behalf:

  • Form delivery via the Schematic hosted forwarder, which routes feedback submissions to the maker's email.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on the feedback form.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-respecting, cookieless site statistics.
  • Bookshop.org and bribrunner.com as external destinations linked from the Site. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.

5. Data Retention

Feedback messages are retained in the maker's email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to respond and to reference prior conversations. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the information we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect submitted information, but no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
